It’s Ok to Have an Ok Day!

As we start with Mental Health Week for young people have a look at this video together of Mandip Gill talking about her ups and downs and how she copes with disappointment. She brings a valid point: we’re all chasing the excitement and highs but actually just having an ok day where you mooch about is fine – you’ve lived and experienced life!
