“Kind, fair, helpful, dedicated, wants us to do our best…” You know that if your child describes their teacher in those terms then something must be going right. Over the past two weeks I’ve had the pleasure of being in P4/5JB and the pupils have been sharing with me their thoughts on their learning… and their teacher! I’ve been delighted to see at first hand the emphasis that the class have on helping each other with their learning and hearing about their guide on ‘How to be Heroes’, which has at its heart ‘Focus on Learning’. Looks like both the pupils and teacher are ‘Heroes’ to me!
