Electors are being invited to have their say on a review of polling places throughout Highland Council area which proposes a shift towards using primary schools wherever possible. In the current proposals Smithton Primary school has been designated as a polling place. Documents are available on the council’s website for consideration and electors are able to make comments. Comments for the first stage must be made by this Friday, 6th January. Second stage comments can be made between 9th January and 20th January.
