Fancy joining our Smithton Community Choir to perform 18th December at Smithton Free Church? Look out on the blog for dates and times of practices. Come to one, come them all (two or three) or just turn up on the night and join us on the stage. Parents, carers, grandparents, friends of the school all welcome! Practise beforehand…the rest will be revealed on the night! No auditions, no expertise just enthusiasm. here’s the song
Can I draw your attention to the previous blog about Seasons for Parents? This is an excellent course over two weeks and I thoroughly recommend it to all, particularly if your family has interrupted times and have found life difficult at any point (i.e. most of us). It’s a great programme to help us as parents find the right words, the right time and the right space to enable our children to understand how changes have affected you all as families.
Apologies for lack of communications last week – let’s just say IT issues were testing our patience.
Have a good week,
Aileen Mackay, HT
