Rescue in the Woods!

If you had gone down to the woods on Thursday you would have found the mountain and coast guard rescuers for the Mice and Bear groups in on a rescue! They have been learning about these two services.  They received a call that someone was stuck up a tree and needed help.  With maps, compass, binoculars, touches and first aid kit, they set out to help and worked together to bring Winnie the Pooh Bear down from the tree.  All the children enjoyed this activity and learnt more about rescuing and how to work as a team.
