Bits and Pieces for Monday

IT has been playing up all day – apologies that this is only going out now! Scroll down to see more information and photos.

It looks like Lynne Fraser has found a dance company to get ‘Wake Up, Shake Up’ started again but this time on Fridays from 8.00am – 8.45am. Look out for the information coming this week. We are grateful to the Parent Council who will pay for this extra curricular club to ensure that all our clubs are free at Smithton Primary.

Mr Cameron, the site manager took some fantastic photos at the weekend to let us see what the birds see when they are looking at our school now! We’re making huge progress. Thanks, as always to everyone’s patience…

Didn’t Evie do well! Thistle Girls FC Girl of the Year! One of the coaches said of Evie, ‘She thoroughly deserves her award! Turns up at training, doesn’t moan about a single thing, gets stuck into every drill and tries her hardest in everything she does. Amazing how far she’s come on in such a short space of time.’

Aileen Mackay, HT.
